Job Summary
This Medical Clinic is seeking Family Physicians to join a new primary care clinic opening in Nanaimo in spring 2026. The clinic will offer comprehensive longitudinal family practice within an established Primary Care Network and is designed to support physicians in building a sustainable and collaborative practice.

Several positions are available, representing approximately 2.5–3.0 FTE. Both full-time and part-time schedules can be accommodated, providing flexibility for physicians seeking different practice arrangements.

Clinic Overview
- New, purpose-built clinic opening in spring 2026
- Longitudinal Family Practice (LFP) billing model
- Estimated overhead of 25–30% with a cap structure planned
- EMR to be confirmed
