Current College of Physicians of BC (CPSBC) License (Full), Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) (Mandatory), Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) (Mandatory)
Role and Facility Information
Health Centre will offer culturally safe, trauma-informed, team based primary care health services, through in person appointments and outreach services. The services will be offered by a team of Primary Care providers including (Family Physicians, Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Community Health Workers, Cultural Wellness Workers, Dietitians, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist and more) accessible and patient-focused on the provision of primary care to Indigenous people within the catchment area including Urban and away from home indigenous people living in the Campbell River area. We will offer comprehensive, longitudinal primary health care services inclusive of service in support of social determinant of health.

Benefits
May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including:
Recruitment Incentive: $10,000 (full-time)
Relocation Costs Reimbursement: up to $15,000 (amount based on location relocating from)
Fee Premium: 6.09%
Annual Flat Fee: $9,437.76
Rural CME: starting at $2,200.00/annum in year 3 & 4 to a maximum of $4,400.00/annum after 4 years.
