Role and Facility Information

Two Family Practice physicians, each with approximately 1000 active patients, who will be retiring by April 1, 2027. Option is for 2-3 physicians to take over the combined panel of 2000 patients and continue to work in current space under a new lease agreement or for takeover of these panels by 1or 2 physicians and relocate to a practice of their choice.

Clinic location is very central and convenient with lab and radiology in the building. Med Access EMR with organized patient records that would make it very easy for a new Physician to take over.
The office has 4 exam rooms and a shared office. The panels consist of patients of varying demographics but primarily female.

Parking/Bike/Transit information: Easily accessible by Canada Line and the 99-B Line which stops in front of the building. Parking available at VGH parade and Holiday Inn.

Hours: Hours of operation are flexible and can be set by physician as they choose as long as the building is open. Office is located within the Fairmont Medical Building which is open Monday-Saturday

Current College of Physicians of BC (CPSBC) License (Full), Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) (Mandatory)
