Seeking provider to take over a retiring family physician’s panel consisting of approximately 700 patients. Open to Family Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and provisionally licensed candidates.

The clinic is located steps away from VGH, the SkyTrain, and numerous local amenities. The clinic offers an ideal workplace in a busy, high-traffic neighbourhood. The team is known for its strong camaraderie and supportive culture—every member contributes to an exceptional clinical environment.

The team consists of 9 Family Physicians, 1 locum Family Physician, 3 MOAs (shared among all physicians on shift) and an in-hour RN. The clinic has 8 exam rooms, 1 charting area, an on-site pharmacy and underground paid parking.

Clinic Highlights

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Remuneration: LFP, FFS

On-Call: Weekly rotational schedule among the physician team

Coverage: Cross-coverage available at the practitioner’s discretion for time off

Patient Population: Highly diverse, with patients of all ages; majority are middle-aged to elderly; primary-care focused

Operations: A digitally oriented, efficiently run clinic with well-organized support staff
