A clinic in Fairview, is looking to grow their team. They are a full-scope family practice that is supported by 2 nurse practitioners. The clinic has 13 exam rooms, including a procedure room, with 8 physicians working in the clinic. The clinic conducts appointments both virtually and in person. The patient population is full-spectrum.

Remuneration: Population Based Funding Model
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm, Friday 8:30am-4pm
Other relevant information: The clinic is open six days a week, and there is a requirement to be in the clinic minimum four half-days a week, spread across a minimum of three days out of the week. One of those days must be either a Monday or Friday, and at least one shift as an evening shift. There is a requirement to be on call one weekend every 8-10 weeks, and one week night every two weeks every two weeks.
