WELL Health – Lonsdale Medical Clinic puts patients and their family’s health first. We are committed to empowering patients with care that results in improved health outcomes. Located in the heart of North Vancouver, our clinic sits near the bottom of Lonsdale Ave, beautifully situated close to Lonsdale. With close proximity to Grouse Mountain, Cypress and the Sea to Sky Highway, you can rest assured there are plenty of activities to do all season. This modern clinic in a neighborhood perfect for raising a family, is only a 20-minute drive from Downtown or a short Seabus ride away. Our Lonsdale location is a multi-disciplinary and multi-physician clinic with a very collegiate atmosphere and a physician focused MOA support team. The clinic also provides virtual and telehealth options which can be accessed at home. The ideal physician would be in a position to provide full-scope family practice either full-time or part-time. This position will also have a small walk-in component. The WELL Health team will work closely with you to ensure there is a smooth transition of the practice. You can expect flexible hours and would be masters of your own schedule. You will have the opportunity to work the way you want! Financials: Overhead Agreement: Billing Split – Competitive* Bi-Monthly payment (FFS, LFP) or Monthly (PCN) *The financial agreement in the clinic is coordinated through with the Director of Recruitment. Practice Details: - Access to 2 exam rooms during shifts, clinic has 14 exam rooms - Shared office space - Profile EMR Hours: Flexible! Walk-in Available. The clinic is currently open from Mon to Fri, from 9 am to 4 pm. The new physician will work out a schedule with the clinic. *No strict policy around time off Staff: The clinic currently has 1 part-time and 7 full-time physicians, 1 neurologist as well as an office manager, 1 NP, 1 RN and 5 MOA’s who can all help with the transition process.
