Seeking permanent family physicians, either part-time or full-time (0.5-1.0 FTE). Flexible start date. Clinic & Support • Fully renovated, modern clinic with 6 exam rooms and 1 shared physician office • Experienced, efficient MOAs and strong administrative support • EMR: TELUS Med Access with AI-assisted documentation (Tali AI) • Supportive, stable and pro-physician work environment Compensation • Competitive, graduated overhead to support onboarding: o 0% – Month 1 o 10% – Months 2–3 o 20% – Months 4–12 o 25% thereafter • No overhead on LFP patient panel payments Schedule & Autonomy • Full physician autonomy over clinic days and hours, patient volume and appointment structure • Work as much or as little as you choose and no on-call responsibilities Practice Opportunities • New-to-practice physicians: excellent opportunity to build and grow a patient panel with supportive staff and flexible pacing • Experienced physicians: ideal setting to scale your practice up or down, reduce overhead, and maintain work–life balance • Flexible contract options: LFP, FFS, or NTP Parking & Transit • Free secured underground parking, free parking nearby and bus stop just outside the clinic VDRR 361
