WELL Health – Richmond Central Medical Clinic puts patients and their family’s health first. We are committed to empowering patients with care that results in improved health outcomes. Our clinic is situated in a busy area being across the street from Richmond Centre and next to the Canada Line. Easily accessible via rapid transit, car, or simply walk from one of the many new residences nearby. Fun Fact: Did you know Richmond is home of Canada’s largest commercial fishing harbour and one of the largest producers of cranberries in Canada? On your way to the fisherman’s wharf in Steveston Village, you’ll surely pass by many local farms.

Our Richmond Central location is a multi-disciplinary and multi-physician clinic with a very collegiate atmosphere and a physician focused MOA support team. The clinic also provides virtual and telehealth options which can be accessed at home.

The ideal physician would be in a position to provide full-scope family practice either full-time or part-time (willing to be flexible - and open to considering partial/ part-time coverage). This position will also have a small walk-in component. The WELL Health team will work closely with you to ensure there is a smooth transition of the practice. You can expect flexible hours and would be masters of your own schedule. You will have the opportunity to work the way you want!

Billing: Fee-Sharing Payment Model

Payment Model Options: Positions are available under New to Practice (NTP) PCN (salary) Contracts; Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) Contracts;and Fee-for-Service (FFS) Contracts.

• 1 Clinic Manager
• 5 Full-time Family Physicians
• 3 Part-time Family Physicians
• 4 Family Physicians handling walk-in patients
• 1 Full-time MOA
• 4 Part-time MOAs
• On-site Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, Sleep Apnea Specialist, Clinic Allergist, & Clinic Podiatrist
• PCN Allied Care Professionals (3 Chronic Disease Management Registered Nurses; 1 Social Worker; 3 Clinical Counsellors; 1 Registered Dietitian; 2 Physiotherapists; 1 Occupational Therapist; 1 Clinical Pharmacist; 1 Frail Seniors Team Registered Nurse; 1 Frail Seniors Team Occupational Therapist; 1 Frail Seniors Team Social Worker; 1 Community Link Worker; 1 Administrative Coordinator; & Chronic Disease Group
