Role and Facility Information

Downtown Vancouver Medical Clinic, a newly renovated clinic in Coal Harbour, is looking to grow their team. They are a hybrid walk-in/family practice with 8 large exam rooms, 4 separate offices for each physician, and an in-clinic pharmacy.

The staff is collegial, with 3 physicians supported by 4 MOAs. The patient population is diverse, consisting mostly of middle-aged to elderly, working-class patients who are friendly and polite. No On-Call Requirements.

Open to provisionally and fully licensed candidates.

Minimum 50 patients per day with private patients’ guaranty. Option to do combination of virtual or in-person appointments. $800,000 to $1,100,000 per year for full-time physicians. (Part-time physicians can be a portion of that according to the number of hours that they work).

Parking/Transit Information: Free parking is available. The clinic is easily accessible by transit, just a 5-minute walk from a SkyTrain station and with a bus stop on the next block.
