As Canada’s largest outpatient medical clinic owner-operator we put patients and their family’s health first. We are committed to empowering patients with care that results in improved health outcomes. Our clinic is in one of Vancouver’s fast-growing, high-density areas; it is in the centre of Vancouver next to mount pleasant, drive to Richmond, and Langara. It is only a short 15-minute drive from downtown Vancouver. This has recently been a revitalized up and coming trending neighbourhood with new young families in a mature community. This is a location that is highly desired due to the high walkability score to everything you need. Our Fraser location is a multi-disciplinary and multi-physician clinic with a very collegiate atmosphere and a physician focused MOA support team. The clinic also provides virtual and telehealth options which can be accessed at home. The ideal physician would be able to provide full-scope family practice either full-time or part-time. This position may have the option for a small walk-in component. The WELL Health team will work closely with you to ensure there is a smooth transition of the practice. You can expect flexible hours and would be masters of your own schedule. You will have the opportunity to work the way you want! Financials: Average Monthly Overhead Agreement: Billing Split – 70/30 negotiable (LFP, FFS, PCN available) *The financial agreement in the clinic is coordinated through with the Director of Recruitment. Practice Details: - Access to 2 exam rooms during shifts, clinic has 9 exam rooms - Shared office space - Profile EMR Hours: Flexible! Walk-in Available. The clinic is currently open Mon - Sun. The new physician will work out a schedule with the clinic. *No strict policy around time off Hospital and ER Dept shifts: These are not part of the expectation of our community or clinic. Special Services: Podiatry, Maternity Clinic On Call Arrangement: - To be discussed. Staff: Currently, there are 6 part-time and full-time physicians, as well a clinic manager and MOAs who can all help with the transition process. Files: The Clinic is currently using Profile EMR. The team works alongside you as you build your practice or take over an existing patient panel.
