WELL Health's Cambie location is looking for Family Physicians (FPs) to join this multi-physician clinic with a very collegiate atmosphere and a physician focused MOA support team. The clinic also provides virtual and telehealth options which can be accessed at home.

The ideal physician would be in a position to provide full-scope family practice either full-time or part-time - but this clinic is also open to family physicians looking for locum to permanent roles. The WELL Health team will work closely with you to ensure there is a smooth transition of the practice. You can expect flexible hours and would be masters of your own schedule. You will have the opportunity to work the way you want!

Clinic Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00 - 16:30

Payment Model Options: Positions are available under New to Practice (NTP) PCN (salary) Contracts; Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) Contracts;and Fee-for-Service (FFS) Contracts.

After Hours Call Coverage: Handle our own calls

• PCN Allied Care Professionals (3 Chronic Disease Management Registered Nurses; 1 Social Worker; 3 Clinical Counsellors; 1 Registered Dietitian; 2 Physiotherapists; 1 Occupational Therapist; 1 Clinical Pharmacist; 1 Frail Seniors Team Registered Nurse; 1 Frail Seniors Team Occupational Therapist; 1 Frail Seniors Team Social Worker; 1 Community Link Worker; 1 Administrative Coordinator; & Chronic Disease Group
