Care Point Medical & Wellness Clinic (Davie St) is seeking a locum for immediate coverage until the end of the summer.

Shifts are 3 days a week ideally on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, but can be adjusted to accommodate the FP’s preferences.

Care Point Medical & Wellness Clinic (Davie St) is a hybrid walk-in and family practice is supported by a Nurse Practitioner and features five exam rooms and four physicians. The clinic offers both virtual and in-person appointments, serving a diverse patient population across various ages and medical complexities.

Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM
- Saturdays optional, 10AM – 3PM (telemed or in-clinic)
