Role and Facility Information
We are looking for a physician(s) to take over an exisiting panel of patients within a group practice, with an opportunity for either a part-time or full-time practice size. Flexible start date as of July 1, 2025. This could be as a practice share, or as an independent practice within a group. Patients in this panel vary in age and gender, providing the full scope of family medicine. Our clinic is on the Longitudinal Family Practice model but there is also an opportunity for a New to Practice contract if the applicant is eligible. We have office space available if you are interested in joining our group and building your own practice.

You will practice in an attractive office, centrally located on the North Shore, alongside dedicated MOAs and an office manager to provide a comfortable and inviting environment for both patients and staff.
