Join Fraser Street Medical: A Collaborative, Patient-Centered Primary Care Clinic! Fraser Street Medical, a modern and interdisciplinary primary care clinic located in South Vancouver, is looking to expand its team! The clinic is known for its close-knit, collegial environment where teamwork and patient care excellence are our top priorities. They are a full-scope primary care practice made up of 7 family physicians, 4 nurse practitioners, and a dedicated long-term locum. With 13 well-equipped exam rooms, our team offers flexibility, rotating between in-office care and telehealth visits from the clinic or home. This Vancouver clinic is looking to have a Nurse Practitioner join their clinical team. As part of a multi-disciplinary approach to full-service family medicine, an interested NP would work collaboratively in the team environment and start their own patient panel as per Ministry requirements. This will be a full-time or part-time salaried position. This clinic is excited to add to their team a Nurse Practitioner interested in working together to provide primary care for the surrounding community of patients. This initiative is part of Primary Care Networks (PCNs) evolving in Vancouver. NPs interested in this opportunity should be willing to work collaboratively and participate in PCN development in the community.
