Foundry is removing barriers and increasing access to health and wellness services for young people ages 12–24 and their caregivers through a network of youth-friendly centres across British Columbia and online. By offering integrated mental health care, substance use services, physical and sexual health care, youth and family peer support and social services, Foundry makes it easier for young people to find support in their communities. Online resources and first-of-its-kind virtual care further broaden Foundry's reach.

As a Nurse Practitioner with a passion for preventive medicine and youth health, you will join an interdisciplinary team to provide client-centered medical care to youth ages 12-24. The centre offers five core services: physical and sexual health, mental health, substance use, youth and family peer support as well as social supports like vocational and educational services. The family provider along with the primary care team, provides episodic, enhanced and longitudinal services. They must be able, or willing to train, to support gender-affirming care, opioid agonist therapy and contraceptive support.
