π₯ Practice Details β Cascade Medical Centre
Join a team of six physicians at the Cascade Medical Centre, a full-service primary care clinic attached to Princeton General Hospital. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to shape a diverse, rewarding practice.
β’ General practice typically includes: clinic, emergency, inpatients, and long-term care
β’ποΈ Schedule:
β’ Clinic hours: MondayβFriday, 8:00 AM β 4:30 PM
β’ ER: 24/7 coverage
β’ Call rotation: 1:6 for emergency
β’ Those not doing ER shifts are responsible for their own inpatients.
β’ Emergency Department: Sees approximately 17 patients per day.
β’ π° Overhead: $5,000β$6,000 per month
β’ π Teaching: Medical student/resident teaching provided at this site β great opportunity to mentor future physicians.
β’ π Special Interests: Addictions medicine practice available if desired.
β’ π
Certifications: PALS/ACLS/ATLS are assets but not mandatory.
β’ π Flexible Options: Will consider accommodating a full-time Emergency Physician.
π΅ Compensation & Contract
β’ Estimated Gross Income: $400,000β$600,000
β’ Alternate Payment Plan (APP) for the ED: Contract currently out for approval, with anticipated start January 2026
π Rural Incentives:
β’ Recruitment bonus: $20,000
β’ Relocation: $9,000β$15,000 (based on move location)
β’ Fee premium: 15.23%
β’ Retention bonus: $23,594.40 annually
β’ Rural CME: Up to $5,720/year after 4 years
β’ Student loan forgiveness programs may apply
