Role and Facility Information

Joining us in 100 Mile House an Occupational Therapist will have a key role in providing subacute care services that focus on rehabilitation and recovery in community care and long-term care settings. This is an autonomous position requiring the Occupational Therapist to work independently and collaboratively as part of the multidisciplinary team. In this position the Occupational Therapist receives referrals from clients requiring Community and Home Health services and from residents in Long-Term Care facilities Fischer Place and Mill Site Lodge. Community Home Health is provided to 100 Mile House and to surrounding communities. Local travel is required in this role within the surrounding area. Days of work are Monday to Friday; 08:00 to 16:00.
