A Family Practice in New Westminster is seeking a locum family physician to join our collaborative, tech-forward team for October 9–17, 2025.

We are an established group of six full-time and one part-time family physicians, supported by four MOAs, an RN, and a clinic manager. As a teaching site for family practice residents and medical students, we foster a supportive and collegial work culture. Our modern 3,800 sq ft clinic features 11 fully equipped exam rooms, a shared physician office, bright natural light, and a comfortable staff lounge with a Nespresso coffee machine. We use OSCAR Pro with a Cortico front-end for virtual visits, booking, and patient messaging, complemented by large workstation screens with docking stations and innovative AI tools to streamline workflow. Our RN provides additional patient support, including well child checks, post-op follow-up, minor procedures, blood pressure checks, immunizations, and more. Physicians enjoy a highly collaborative environment where colleagues are always eager to share knowledge and support one another.

Compensation

75/25 split for MSP billings or 90/10 split for private and form fees
