Role and Facility Information

Fort Family Practice is a group of family physicians and nurses providing full service primary medical care for all ages in beautiful Fort Langley. We work together as a cohesive healthcare team comprising of doctors, nurses, and experienced medical office staff. We strive to provide continuity of care, from acute to more longstanding medical issues, and from office visits through to hospital care including maternity care. We offer both in office exams and virtual visits, as well as a dedicated app where patients can manage their own health information.

We are currently seeking a permanent locum physician one day per week as well as a dedicated and experienced locum to join our team from July 1 - December 31, 2025. The duration can be covered by one locum or split amongst a few - we are fine with any period of coverage in the time period. The locum will be responsible for providing coverage, offering personalized and compassionate care to all patients. This role also offers the opportunity for work in a flexible work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within a dynamic and supportive medical setting.

We have 8 physicians, RN, LPN, clinic manager, and full MOA support. No sub-specialty is required. Hospital privileges are not necessary. Long Term Care is not required.

Compensation for this position will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on experience, qualifications, and coverage (physician-specific). Population based funding, locum rate same as LFP. Our EMR is Profile.
