This is a Flexible FTE. Either part-time of full-time (your choice) PCN Nurse Practitioner Position at the Agassiz or Hope Medical Clinic, Primary care Position; care for all common & complex primary care conditions across the lifespan -mix of virtual and in patient office visits -outreach expected once or twice a month to clinic in Boston Bar -team based supportive practice with other NPs and GPs -Hours are typically 4 days per week
