Role and Facility Information

This clinic is central to public transit and a variety of amenities. It is a walk-in and family practice hybrid with same-day access offering specialty services such as respirology, internal medicine, allergies, pediatrics, and gynecology. The current wait time for a non-urgent scheduled appointment varies, however, it averages less than two days.    This clinic's operating hours are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday and holidays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The staffing structure consists of six MOAs, a Clinic Manager, and four physicians. This fee for service clinic utilizes Accuro as its EMR. Financial and administrative expectations are generally 70:30 but 75:25 for weekends, evenings, and holidays.    This clinic operates in a bright and spacious clinic, that includes many examination rooms and a communal office that promotes collaboration amongst the physician team. Working at this clinic provides the opportunity to work with integrated physicians and offers great exposure to a variety of demographics and medical cases. This clinic offers a flexible schedule as they are willing to extend hours to accommodate their physicians. Up to $10,000 relocation reimbursement may be available through Fraser Health. Both PCN Contract and fee for service available.
