What is a Primary Care Network?

Seeking qualified Family Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Allied Health Professionals for Primary Care Networks (PCN) in British Columbia, Canada

Primary Care Networks work better for patients – so they can get the care when and where they need it – and for providers – so they are able to care for their patients while being supported by an interdisciplinary team of providers within a community network.
